These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the affiliate program (the "Program") operated by ColorPage.ai ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering and participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1.1 Affiliates are eligible to earn a 25% recurring commission on payments received from users they refer to ColorPage.ai for qualifying paid subscription plans.
1.2 Affiliates earn a 25% one-time commission on one-time credit pack purchases made by referred users.
1.3 Commissions are calculated on net revenue received from the referred user, excluding VAT/GST, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and promotional credits.
1.4 Commissions are paid monthly in arrears, provided the referred user account remains active and in good standing, and the Affiliate is in full compliance with these Terms.
2.1 Payouts are made through Affonso.io, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold of $50 (or equivalent in your local currency).
2.2 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment and tax information is accurate and up to date in their Affonso dashboard.
2.3 ColorPage.ai reserves the right to delay, withhold, or adjust any payment:
2.4 You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to commissions you receive. We will not withhold taxes on your behalf unless required by law.
3.1 While we aim to reward long-term referrals, we reserve the right to modify or cap the commission duration at any time to ensure business sustainability.
3.2 At our discretion, commissions may be capped at 24 months from the date of the referred customer's first payment.
3.3 These changes may apply prospectively to new referrals or, in rare cases, to existing ones, and will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice where materially impactful.
4.1 We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including changes to commission rates, eligibility rules, payment methods, duration limits, or these Terms.
4.2 These changes may affect future earnings. Commissions already earned and approved will be honored unless fraud or breach of these Terms has occurred.
4.3 We may terminate any affiliate account immediately, without prior notice, for:
4.4 Affiliates acknowledge that the Program does not create a permanent entitlement to income. Participation is conditional, and commissions are not guaranteed indefinitely.

5.4 No self-referrals. Affiliates may not earn commissions on purchases made by themselves, their household members, their employer, or any entity they own or control, or via accounts they created or operate. ColorPage.ai may void such commissions.
6.1 We value our affiliate relationships and strive to reward those who support our growth.
6.2 As an AI-powered platform with evolving infrastructure costs, we must retain flexibility to ensure the Program remains commercially viable.
6.3 We reserve the right to adjust the Program to align with financial realities, without incurring long-term liabilities that jeopardize the business.
7.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ColorPage.ai name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely to promote the Program in compliance with these Terms. We may revoke this license at any time.
7.2 You must not use the ColorPage.ai name or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation beyond your role as an affiliate, or in any way that could damage our brand. All intellectual property rights in ColorPage.ai remain the exclusive property of Adventure Software SRL.
8.1 You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms shall create any partnership, employment, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and ColorPage.ai. You have no authority to make any representations or commitments on our behalf.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColorPage.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.2 In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

By joining the ColorPage.ai Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that:
We offer a generous 25% recurring commission, and we'd love for it to continue as long as you keep sending great referrals. But running an AI platform has real costs, so we reserve the right to adjust the program if needed — including capping commissions after 24 months if required for sustainability.
Don't bid on our brand name, use fake accounts, or try to game the system. If you do, we'll close your account, hold your commissions, and potentially claw back what was already paid.
We want our partners to win with us — but only if it's ethical and sustainable for everyone.
ColorPage.ai is a product of Adventure Software SRL, a company registered in Romania (Registration No. RO40601387). When these Terms refer to "ColorPage.ai", "we", "us", or "our", they refer to Adventure Software SRL.
