Cheerful Hedgehog Cupcakes Coloring Page for Preschool

Preschool 4–5Cartoon

This preschool hedgehog coloring page shows a cheerful hedgehog baking cupcakes in a cozy kitchen. Your little artist will see the hedgehog wearing a tiny apron, clapping as it decorates three oversized cupcakes. The round cupcake tray sits on a simple table, with a warm oven and a window in the background. Big, bold outlines and clear spaces make it fun and easy for small hands to color in.

Coloring Tips

Color the hedgehog’s face and tummy with a soft tan or light brown, then add a darker brown outline on quills for simple contrast.

Make the tiny apron bright and playful (turquoise or yellow), keeping it flat with minimal shading so preschoolers stay confident.

Use pink or red for the cupcake swirls, and sprinkle sprinkles in 3–4 different bright colors (green, blue, orange, purple).

Color the kitchen floor in a light neutral (beige/cream) and add very light crayon shading only under the table to suggest where it sits.

In the window area, color the curtains with simple stripes and lightly shade around the square grid with a darker crayon to show depth without complexity.
