Groovy 1970s Van Coloring Page for Adults
This groovy retro coloring page features a 1970s van centered in the scene, wrapped in big daisies and wild swirling boomerang motifs. Rounded body shapes and chrome trim are outlined boldly for crisp, satisfying coloring. Behind the van, checkerboard pavement triangles and starbursts frame stylized windows. You’ll also find plant-filled vines, paisley patterns, and continuous linework that keeps the whole design flowing
Coloring Tips
Use two daisy yellows: a bright golden center and a softer lemon petal shade to make the flowers pop on the van body
Color the van chrome trim with a light gray base, then add darker gray along the thicker outline for a retro metallic look
For the boomerang and swirl panels, try alternating teal and coral with a darker accent strip to emphasize the motion
Shade the rounded fenders with gentle gradient lines—keep the darkest color near the contour line to make curves look dimensional
Work the background pattern areas (checkerboard triangles, starbursts, and concentric circles) first with light colors, then go back and deepen only the most intricate paisley/vine sections so they stand out
