Little Owl on Tree Branch Coloring Page for Adults
This bold-and-easy coloring page features a round little owl perched on a curved tree branch, surrounded by a cozy nest of leaves and twigs. Thick, chunky outlines and friendly shapes make it relaxing for adults. The big circular eyes and rounded wings give the owl a chubby, super-sweet look. Layered leaf floreates with simple veins fill the background in an asymmetrical, naturey pattern. Pick your favorite palette and enjoy filling those large, single-stroke areas.
Coloring Tips
Color the owl body a warm cocoa-brown, then leave the belly slightly lighter for an easy chubby look.
Use a muted gold or cream for the big eyes, and add darker brown rings around the pupils for depth without fine details.
For the leaves, try an autumn mix: olive green, sage, mustard, and a few rusty reds—keep each leaf cluster one color for a bold finish.
Add quick shading by lightly blending pencil pressure along the branch curve and under the owl’s feet (darker on the underside).
Use two-tone coloring on the twigs: a medium bark color for the main lines and a darker shade on the inner branch creases for texture.
