Phoenix Rising Flame Fantasy Coloring Page for Adults

Adults 18+Fantasy

This fantasy phoenix rising coloring page shows a majestic bird with wings spread wide and flame-shaped feathers curling outward. You’ll love the dense, interwoven linework on the body, plus decorative swirls, stars, and sparkles that create a magical aura. The cresting flame motifs trace along the wing edges, and the tail opens into looping, lace-like patterns. It’s perfect for adults who enjoy detailed, meditative coloring with lots of crisp open areas.

Coloring Tips

Use a bright warm palette for the flame-feather areas: scarlet, tangerine, and yellow at the feather tips along the wing edges.

To make the “flame” shape pop, color in sections following each flame motif—then add a darker red-brown outline layer around the inner curves with a fine marker.

For the interwoven body, alternate cool tones (teal/indigo) and warm tones (amber/red) to emphasize the symmetrical-and-asymmetrical patterns.

Apply light shading with colored pencils by layering in the smallest gaps between the intricate feather filigree (press lightly on white—no need to fill every line).

Because the design is outlined and high-detail, use blending tools (tissue + pencil blending stump) only inside larger open sections near the swirls and stars to keep the lace-like tail crisp.
