Cursive N questions

Does the capital cursive N join the next letter?▾
Yes. The capital N ends with a stroke that leads straight into the next letter, so the whole word is written without lifting the pencil.
Why does my cursive n look like a u?▾
The hump is pointing down instead of up. After the first down stroke, go back up the same line and round the top, like a little hill.
Which letters are like the cursive n?▾
The n belongs to the letters that start with a small hook: m, n, v, x, z. Letters in the same group start the same way, so many teachers practice them together.
